1. Robert Franklin Howell was born on Nov 18 1851 in Tenn. He emigrated in
1908 to Winn Parish. He died on Nov 22 1927. He was buried in Liberty Chapel.
He was married to Sarilda Frances Hooper (daughter of Jeremiah Hooper and Mary
(Polly) Murley) on Jan 15 1882 in Tenn. Sarilda Frances Hooper was born on
